I decided to make this blog to have a visual representation of my daily struggles with anxiety and depression, the ups and the downs, the good and the bad. How I deal (or don’t deal) with the daily tasks and adventures that stress me out or just scare the shit out of me.
I can’t honestly say Im worried about anyone else ever seeing this blog of mine but if it helps another person feel understood and not so alone.. well then, thats all I can really ask for.
